We are also pleased to offer top quality clevis pins. These pins are manufactured to ISO 2341B (DIN 1444B), however, we also manufacture to ISO 2341 Clevis Pin and with grooves for Circlips to DIN 471. Our clevis pins are manufactured from the following materials: Mild Steel, Zinc Plates, Stainless A2 (303) and Stainless A4 (316). Our coiled spring pins feature 2 ¼ coils of spring steel or stainless steel and have swaged chamfers at each end. These pins are suitable for plain drilled holes, however, countersinking makes the insertion process easier.
Our coiled pins are available in two strengths: Standard Duty and Heavy Duty. Our standard duty pins are most commonly used for general application and heavy duty coiled pins are used for applications in hardened steel components where maximum shear strength is essential.
Our Standard Duty Coiled Pins are manufactured to ISO 8750 and our Heavy Duty Coiled Pins are manufactured to ISO 8748.

Our hammer drive pins are cold-formed and feature helical knurls. They are widely used for applications where screws need to be replaced and the removal of the pin is unlikely. These pins are manufactured from low carbon steel and are designed for use with unhardened materials such as mild steel, aluminium, brass or plastics. We offer flat headed hammer drive pins (series HP210) and round headed hammer drive pins (series HP110). These pins do not require lock washers to prevent back-out.

We also offer top quality expansion inserts. These inserts are easy to assemble and fit, by hand, into specified holes. The screw action on final assembly locks the insert securely into place. Our expansion inserts are supplied in parallel (series 81) or headed (series 82) versions and are manufactured from brass.

Our heat or ultrasonic inserts are designed for use in thermoplastic materials. These inserts are either pre-heated or use heat generated by ultrasonic vibration which softens the hole walls as it is pressed into the desired position.
We offer heat/ ultrasonic in headed (series 02) or un-headed (Series 01) versions. They are available in two lengths and are manufactured from brass.

These universal inserts can be used for a wide range of applications. They are manufactured from high grade materials in order to be tough and robust. They also have a high resistance to pull-out. Self-tapping inserts can be inserted by a range of methods such as by using a threaded mandrel, by use of a tapping head mounted on a pillar drill or by using automatic tapping machines. We stock large amounts of self-tapping inserts at any one time in order to meet customer demand quickly and easily.
