Used by PCB designers and manufactures throughout the world, TestWay is an electrical DfT analyser that identifies any issues that relate to the manufactures test requirements early on in the life of the design. TestWay will analyse electrical testability requirements and can also estimate the test coverage associated to precise test strategies. TestWay is a completely customisable product that works on an open architecture design based on a testability framework. It offers both import and export capabilities as its interface will work with a range of plug in modules.
Quadview can be used as either a standalone viewer or can be incorporated into the client’s applications to provide an effective set of scalable board viewing modules. Quadview can easily use PDF files to produce schematic views thanks to its innovative digitalisation capability. Schematic views can also be recreated from a board netlist by using the unique ‘Netlist Navigator’. Quadview is compatible with any of the popular industry formats including, GENCAD, CAMCAD, FATF, ODB++ and layouts can also be taken directly from CAD layout data, such as Cadence, Mentor and Zuken, as well as many others. Quadview is an ideal solution in both the design and manufacturing industries.
Our adaptable modular Quality Management system, QUAD, (QUality ADvisor) traces PCB electronic production data and has been constructed around a centralised open architecture database. Covering all elements of PCB assembly including sub-assembly and system build, QUAD enables the user to manage the data flow quality from conception to completion. Its ability to provide effective PCB fault diagnosis and give detailed information in real time enables the QUAD to highlight process problems early on, improving quality, productivity and reducing costs. The QUAD can be used as a standalone tool or it can be integrated into a customer’s system with ease.
Wildscan is an extremely useful product that enables the user to lower the costs of test fixturing by offering an all in one test solution for Boundary-Scan and In-Circuit testing. Wildscan eliminates the need for complementary hardware integration within the In-Circuit tester (ICT) by enabling the migration of a Boundary-Scan test (BST) program into the ICT. Wildscan can analyse for tests sequences in infrastructures, interconnections and clusters. Wildscan does not compromise the quality of the GO/NOGO testing during conversion and the BST diagnostics can either simply transferred using Wildscan’s diagnosis capability can simply or they can be integrated as part of the In-Circuit Test.
TPQR (Test Program Quality Report) is a fantastic product that has been created to address a range of challenges such as shrinking release cycles, budget compression and improvement in quality. It is powered by TestWay (electrical DfT and fault coverage analyser) and helps users quantify and qualify test coverage for a range of test and inspection applications by checking the ability of each measurement/ inspection test. The process enables users to identify certain defects based on the component type, value, tolerance, board connectivity, component location and more. QUAD (QUality ADvisor) is a flexible, modular Quality Management system. QUAD modules include: QuadRecorder (for automatic access to all test and diagnostic results generated by ATE), QuadStation (to analyse the data presented to the repair and diagnostic station), QuadReports (for producing quality management information and reports) and QuadSetup (to enable a range of operations such as user account management, system configuration, import and export of data and more).
