Used Form Fill Seal Machines

We currently have several used form fill machines in stock. These are listed below, though we advise you to visit the MJS website to see if they are still available at the time of reading (stocks are constantly changing). Either way, the items below will give you some idea of the kind of machines we are able to source and supply.

• Sandiacre TG250 – A touch-screen, PLC controlled heat seal/poly machine with a user-friendly interface and password protected parameters. Simple to operate and easy to maintain. 
• Rovema V – A versatile heat seal machine complete with auger feeder and photocell for printed film. Comes with four sets of bag forming parts, as well as several auger spiral and funnel sets. 
• Rovema V180 – A heat seal machine for bags up to 180mm wide and 240mm long. Supplied with one set of forming parts, a Rovema volumetric cup filler and a single Bond linear weigher.

Sachet Packing Machines

MJS currently offers two sachet packing machines. These are the M102P and the 102C. The first of these is a highly adaptable intermittent motion machine which can produce sachets in 2 lane, 4 lane, 6 lane or 8 lane models, in sizes from 30 x 30mm to 160 x 220mm. The M102P is PLC controlled and features a touch-screen for machine access and operator functions. The 102C, meanwhile, is a continuous motion sachet machine ideal for higher outputs. Both machines are able to pack a range of products, including powders, granules, liquids and creams.

Stick Pack Machines

There are currently three stick pack machines in our stocked range. These are the Artistick Stick Pack Machine, the 101S Vertical Stick Pack Machine, and the Vertical Tea Stick Pack Machine. The first of these is an entry-level 1 or 2 lane machine with a limited width adjustment of 16.5 – 23mm for 2 lane or 46mm for a single lane. The Artistick machine can process virtually any type of film, and it can be used either as a granule feeder for free flowing products or as an auger feeder for powders. 

The 101S, meanwhile, is a highly adaptable machine which can produce stick packs in 2 lane, 4 lane, 6 lane and 8 lane format, from 17 x 40mm up to 50 x 300mm. The Vertical Tea Stick Pack Machine is for producing tea sticks which are commonly found in hotels and restaurants. You can find out more about our stick pack machines by visiting MJS online. 

Wetwipe Packaging Machine

The S-110KM Wet Tissue Machine is ideal for producing airline wipes, medical swabs, makeup removal wipes, baby wipes and refreshing tissues. It is very simple to set up and operate, and it’s capable of packing up to 90 sachets per minute, with up to 8cc of injected liquid in each one. The sachet size can range from 60 x 80mm to 110 x 120mm, with 3 or 4 sides. The tissue is a nominal 200mm wide and is folded through its length 5 times. New Tea Packing Machines

MJS can offer two new tea packing machines from stock. These are the Vertical Tea Stick Pack Machine (detailed above under “Stick Pack Machines” above and available in 3-lane or 5-lane configurations) and the 102P Round Tea Bag Machine. The latter of these is a standard sachet machine which has been adapted to produce round tea bags measuring anywhere between 50mm and 75mm in diameter. The 102P is capable of producing approximately 50 tea bags per minute. Equipped with a volumetric feeding unit, the machine ensures even distribution at all times. Coffee Packing Machines

There are three types of coffee packing machine in our stocked range. The first is the 101AS, a new VFFS machine capable of packing coffee in bean, granule or powder form and in sachets measuring anywhere between 50 x 50mm and 170 x 280mm. 

Next we have the M102P, a very adaptable intermittent motion sachet machine which can produce sachets of coffee in 2 lane, 4 lane, 6 lane or 8 lane format, from 30 x 30mm up to 160 x 120mm. 

And lastly we have the 101S stick pack machine, capable of producing stick packs of coffee in 2 lane, 4 lane, 6 lane or 8 lane format, from 17 x 40mm to 50 x 300mm. 

Ice Pole Machine

The 101S, which is detailed in several of the sections above, is also often used for producing ice lollies or ‘ice poles’ (as they are sometimes known). This they can do in 2, 4, 6 or 8 lane format, in packs measuring anywhere between 17 x 40mm and 50 x 300mm.
