Care2Improve

Care2Improve is a service that can be used by single care homes or small groups as well as large national care group operators. This web-based service provides regular feedback so that you can meet various performance standards. It aids compliance with regulatory bodies, marketing (testimonials, quotes, statistics and more), insights (to aid business decisions and business improvement) and staff retention and morale. The service creates contact with residents, relatives and staff on a regular basis so that critical feedback can be received and used to develop the care home further.

Public Satisfaction Surveys

Measure2Improve is different to Care2Improve in that it provides large volume surveys to members of the public. In particular, the National Highways and Transport Surveys (NHT) and the Household Waste and Recycling Surveys help participating councils to determine: the areas that need improving, the areas that have most potential to improve, who these improvements should be targeted at, where improvements can be made and how these improvements can be delivered.
