Enclosures

Want something a bit larger than a regular-sized GRP cabinet? Adept GRP’s enclosures are suitable for security, industrial and electric applications among others and can be supplied with such attractive finishes as simulated brick or smooth semi-gloss. Take your pick of optional features like thermal insulation, access hatches, air conditioning, equipment mounting boards and internal partitions to produce the exact enclosure for your business needs. Once you’ve ordered an enclosure from us, you’ll be kept in the loop at every stage of its manufacture, and we’ll be happy to make whatever design amendments you want until you’re completely satisfied.

Roadside Range Cabinets

Our versatile standard roadside range of cabinets have long been popular in industrial sectors as diverse as communications, building and petroleum. They’re perfect for housing mechanical and electrical items and are extremely long-lasting and low-maintenance. Each cabinet has lockable doors, ply backboards and stainless steel hinges, while optional features include enhanced locking mechanisms, entry points for cables and viewing windows. The supplied fixing-down flange permits bolting of your cabinet to a concrete base, and accessories for wall-mounting are available. Electrical Cabinets

Made to survive the most difficult weather conditions, glass-reinforced plastic is ideal for electrical cabinets. Adept GRP offer a wide selection of ready-made cabinets in 16 different sizes and numerous colours, or we can create one to your own brief. You can choose where its doors, mounting boards and ventilators are located, and then decide on one of three types of exterior finish. We’ll pre-wire, test and NICEIC-certify any necessary electrical fittings, and then bring your cabinet to your premises fully assembled (unless your site is awkward to access, in which case we’ll deliver the cabinet in sections and then put it together on arrival).

Feeder Pillars

For practical and easy-to-maintain housing solutions, Adept GRP offer our own feeder pillars to use in a variety of contexts, such as telemetry and standpipe cabinets and for protecting dosing equipment and control panels. They come in several different IP classifications appropriate for different applications and can either be wall mounted or fastened into concrete. All feeder pillars have doors (either single or double available) with locks, while pillar bases are open and have a built-in flange. Pillars are made from GRP composite which meets the standards of BS476: Part 7, Class 2, and you can choose between textured or semi-gloss finishing.
