If you’re looking for
a great range of wire and crimp pull testers then you’ve come to the right
place. We have a variety of pull testing equipment capable of up to 20K Newtons
for testing the tensile strength of cabling and wiring, and, wire being pulled
from all terminal crimp types. Additionally, if standard terminal holders are
unavailable we can manufacture special tooling. The pull testers we have on the
website don’t count for everything we supply; we can also supply many other types

We supply a number of
stripping blades and spare parts here at Automated Cable Solutions.
Manufactured in the UK, our coax and semi-rigid stripping blades are made from
high quality carbide steel. If you require blades for normal cut and strip or
end strip machines we have HSS steel blades for this application. If you’re
already happy with the blades you have but could just do with a regrind service
then please call us for details because we can offer a regrind service for

terminal crimp products including Bandolier Terminals which are manufactured in
Taiwan - by GEM Terminal IND. Also in stock are many varieties of Bandolier
rear feed and side feed terminals. GEM Terminal IND products are supplied all
over the world and have a stock list of over 800 products - with ISO 9001:2000

We offer a range of
cable cutting machines here at Automated Cable Solutions including the new
Carpenter Model 33 Compu-cut! This model is an all-electric bench top machine
which measures and cuts wire to length. It really delivers on performance and

new WS 2000 cable stacker. This cable stacker is a semi-passive model for
connecting up to a wire processing machine. It supports a range of cable

coax stripping machines in stock including the new ST730 coax stripping machine
and the Rittmeyer Beri.Co.Ma coax stripping machine. With regard to the ST730,
it meets all the requirements for a machine that handles flexible wire
processing and the handling is incredibly easy - simply insert the cable, the
sensor picks it up and the machine starts the stripping cycle! Our Rittmeyer
