Woven Polypropylene Sacks

For the ultimate in durability, our woven polypropylene sacks offer the perfect solution for almost all applications.  Despite their strength they are very lightweight and tear resistant, plus they offer waterproof protection.  These characteristics mean they are particularly favoured in the agricultural and construction industries.

Bulk Bags

We have been supplying bulk bags to UK industries for over 20 years and have gain substantial knowledge and experience in this area.  Our bags are available in various sizes and fabric weights and come in either a coated or uncoated finish depending on their intended use.  They are also available in a number of colour options and can be printed on up to four sides. 

Bulk bag are perfect for transporting and handling bulk product and customers who purchase our bulk bags use them to hold items such as: building materials, animal feed, seed, aggregates, food ingredients and chemical powders.

Sandbags

Our product range includes filled (with kiln dried sand) and unfilled sandbags which play a vital role in keeping floodwater away from properties in emergency flood situations. For over 20 years we have supplied local authorities with filled sandbags and we are proud to be enlisted as the Ministry of Defence’s sole contracted suppliers of their sandbags. 

Our range includes both woven polypropylene and hessian, both of which we hold in stock, year round, with a 24-hour delivery service to ensure the bags reach you quickly in an emergency.

Hessian Bags

Our hessian bags are more popular with our customers now than when we first started supplying them nearly 60 years ago.  Customers are increasingly looking for more environmentally sustainable products and our strong, durable hessian bags are made from natural fibre and have a low carbon footprint.  The nature of the fibre also allows for excellent product breathability making them popular for packaging potatoes.  For bags that will hold food products we have a range that has internal polythene lamination.  We supply both hessian bags in varying sizes as well as hessian material, which provides excellent protection against frost and is effectively used as a protective wrapper for steel.  We hold a number of sizes of hessian bags in stock for fast delivery and we can also cater for bespoke orders that can be printed with your company design.

Recycling Bags

Our recycling bags are an excellent, more cost effective alternative to traditional bins and boxes and we have worked with local authorities for over 10 years, supplying them and other organisations with over 5 million recycling bags.  Fabricated from woven polypropylene or recycled paper, these durable bags are suitable for household and kerbside recycling of paper, cardboard, glass, plastic bottles, cans, batteries and green garden waste.  All our range of recycling bags are UV stabilised, which goes a long way in extending the life of the product, however any bag will deteriorate if left in direct sunlight for long periods of time.  As such we suggest bags are stored out of sunlight.  We offer competitive turnaround or just one week for printed recycling bags from stock.

Paper Shredding Sack

Combining total peace of mind and convenience when recycling sensitive documentation, our paper shredding sacks are fabricated from strong single ply paper and can be filled, sealed and then shredded.  Their tamper evident lip provides outstanding security by preventing access and they are favoured by hospitals, banks and offices amongst others.  Their block bottom provides additional capacity whilst creating a self-supporting base.

Polypropylene Fabric

Alongside our range of bags and sacks we also stock woven polypropylene fabric.  This lightweight fabric is ideal for wrapping and protecting products and comes on rolls 142cm wide x 330 meters long.  The fabric weight is 75 gsm and the lamination of 25gsm gives it a shower-proof  finish for extra protection.

Reusable Mattress Bag

We have created a new, sustainable product that provides a cost effective solution to transport and delivery packaging and it’s won us a “Green Business Award”.  Traditional materials of cardboard and polythene used in the transit industry are both costly and environmentally damaging.  Our Britwrap reusable transit covers can be used up to 70 times.  They reduce waste and as they are fabricated from woven polypropylene they are fully recyclable.
