Concrete Batching

We offer a comprehensive range of modular concrete batching plants, including compact footprint and mobile plants to suit a wide variety of applications.

One of our most popular plants is the Major 60, a low-profile mobile plant with minimal ground works requirement and a huge range of available options and interchangeable components that offer excellent flexibility. The Major 60 is in use on civil engineering and ready-mix projects worldwide. The Major 60 has an output range of 30 to 120 cubic metres per hour and features facilities for dry, wet, half-wet, or combination batching.

Steelfields have both the experience and facilities to produce a plant which is fully customised to your specific requirements. Reclaimers

We can provide two different types of reclaiming systems including the screw reclaimer and Generation 3 reclaimer. The screw reclaimer system is incredibly easy to install and low maintenance, providing customers with a cost effective and environmentally friendly solution. Our Generation 3 reclaimer boats an impressive return of up to 80% waste concrete which is able to be re-used. Water Processing

We can offer a selection of different systems which allow users to separate silt water into different fractions, making it suitable for recycling. The actual units themselves feature a compact and space saving construction and benefit from extremely easy to use controls. The water is processed in such a way that settlement pits aren’t required and there is also no need for wastewater disposal. Furthermore, our water processing systems can work with a wide range of flows and concentrations. 

Mixers

We stock a wide selection of high speed pan mixers with many different capacities in mind. Our mixers feature a robust build which makes them ideal for long term use with minimal maintenance. We also understand the importance of variety and therefore this range includes a choice of optional rotary spinners and a choice of discharge doors, to suit your specific requirements. Admixtures

We can provide a range of liquid admixture dispensers, with a choice between metered and weighed systems.
