Hot Melt Adhesive Compounding Extruder

Many users are moving away from solvent based systems to hot melt systems due to environmental regulations. As such we have refined and further developed our designs to provide customers with solutions that will offer a higher melt quality and process control whilst creating cost savings at the same time. Examples of the areas we have developed include: Compounding Flexibility (the counter-rotating, tangential screw design generates high shear without high temperatures), Multi-Stage Feed (this design eliminates pre-blending while maintaining uniform fluxing of high-melt viscosity polymers), Short Resident Time and Low Operating Cost.
