Met-Seam’s range of products poses our customers with many reliable solutions for the question of what standing seam systems should be chosen.

We have MSPro Standing Seam, MSCas Metal Cassette Panels, MSTrad Traditional Standing Seam, rain gutting systems (Pluline guttering and Zambelli guttering), MS Shingles, Zinflex, Stubai roofing tools, coiled metals, and a variety of accessories.

All of our items and engineered standing seam systems have assisted the designs and ideas of many different building job roles including contractors, architects, and specifiers.

Met-Seam Ltd boasts a strong workforce; each of our roofing specialists is trained at our very own in-house school. Applying standing seam systems quickly becomes a skill for these trainee roofers and cladders.

Standing Seam & Cladding

We have three Met-Seam Ltd products making up our range of engineered standing seam systems; MSPro Standing Seam, MSCas Metal Cassette Panels, and MSTrad Traditional Standing Seam.

MSPro Standing Seam combines durability and traditional aesthetics with manufacture in a top-quality environment that is controlled. This product is commonly used for roofs or facades. It has become a popular choice for many of our customers due to its quick installation.

Used for the creation of copper, zinc, steel, or aluminium cladding, our MSCas Metal Cassette Panel is a cladding system frequently used for its simplicity and aesthetics.

Our MSTrad standing seam is a traditional system that our regular customers frequently used for facades and roofs.

Rain Guttering Systems

Met-Seam Ltd supplies three different types of roof rainwater drainage systems. Zambelli guttering; Pluline D and Pluline P guttering.

Zambelli guttering is made from zinc and copper. These materials are not embraced very much in the UK due to the low cost of PVC and aluminium guttering, however in the long term zinc and copper outperform.

Zambelli zinc and copper guttering has several benefits including aesthetic appearance, less leaking, UV-resistance, and a self-patina coating.

The Umicore brand, Pluline D is used in the rain water systems of conservatories and houses. Pluline P features in the guttering of industrial and semi-commercial buildings.

Met-Seam MS Shingles

Met-Seam’s MS Shingles are interlocked panels, also known as tiles and slates, used in the facades and roofs of buildings

Met-Seam can manufacture MS Shingles from steel, stainless steel, aluminium, zinc, or copper. This panelling gives buildings modernity with its contemporary appearance.

MS Shingles are designed for roof/faced pitches at 35 degrees or more.

We frequently manufacture these to bespoke specifications; either diamond, rectangle or square. The rectangle MS Shingles can be produced in a variety of sizes.

Met-Seam Zinflex

Met-Seam’s Zinflex has become a popular alternative to lead for many of our customers. This is due to its lightweight quality which provides several benefits for its users.

Zinflex has a variety of applications. These are: flashings for aprons, continuous steps and covers, soil vent pipes, chimneys, abutments, roof lights, flues, and saddles. Additionally bay windows, canopies, slate soakers, dormer windows, gutters, valleys, parapet copings, and cornice copings.

Met-Seam Ltd is sole distributor of Zinflex in both Ireland and the UK.

Met-Seam Ltd distributes and stocks Stubai Tooling Industries’ complete selection of roofing tools.

This comprehensive assortment of tools is full of high-quality products with long-lasting capability.

Located in Tyrol, Austria, Stubai Tooling Industries’ have been producing this leading roofing equipment for over a century.

Met-Seam Ltd is proud to provide customers with Stubai products so that they can rest assured of their longevity and performance in standing seam applications.

Accessories

As manufacturers and suppliers of cladding and standing seam roofing systems, Met-Seam Ltd have a substantial range of accessories comprising of Klober Permo underlay, Guilbert Express soldering tools, and roofing accessories.

Guilbert Express soldering tools suit a number of applications for metal roofing. Accompanying this range is a selection of irons, cleaning equipment, and accessories especially for Guilbert Express soldering tools.

For use underneath roofing of zinc standing seam, Permo Sec metal underlay has several useful features. It increases airflow, adds a second layer of protection against water, and is also sound-resistant. We also have Klober Permo Light underlay.

Also making up this range are roofing accessories including fixed clips, sliding clips, rivets, mesh, underlay, batens, sealant, cleaning agents and more.

Metals

Sometimes machined panels are not suitable for use in some standing seam applications, particularly curved surfaces. Due to this the Met-Seam range also includes coiled metals for these instances where more flexibility is needed.

From seven manufacturers including Zintek, Met-Seam Steel, Corus and more, Met-Seam has 14 different finishes of metal available. We also have a number of different widths for specific customer requirements.
