We work very closely with our clients to administer tight control over planning, timing, quality, safety and cost. Laker-Vent qualifies as a 'principal contractor' and 'designer' under CDM regulations and can take on all of your projects and routine maintenance in-house.

All of the projects that we take on are completed at our 3.6 acre site in Cheshire. We have over 20,000 sq feet of workshop space divided into three sections for materials segregation. As well as bespoke pipework fabrication, our workshop services also cover the production of modularised pipework solutions such as pre-assembled piperacks, pre-assembled units, and specific skid units.
The use of modular pipework solutions holds many cost benefits for our customers.
Laker-Vent also has a dedicated hygienic workshop for the fabrication of pharmaceutical pipework - we are able to prefabricate clean piping systems for WFI, clean steam, purified water, clean air and gases. Our pharmaceutical pipework teams use enclosed-head, orbital welding equipment that meets ASME BPE requirements.
Laker-Vent carries out the design, fabrication, installation, radiography and testing of both low and high pressure pipework systems used for the power and gas industries. We are also able to install and integrate associated mechanical equipment such as boiler plant, CHP and Waste to Energy systems.
