Our workshops in Staffordshire cover 71,000 sq ft of floor space and are all complemented with overhead cranes, wide door access, and secure open storage. The extent of our manufacturing and storage facilities enables the segregation of materials and clean condition areas. There few limitations on the size and scale of the manufacturing projects that we can undertake – indeed we have already produced equipment weighing as much as 300 tonnes. A highly trained team of engineers operate the various machines that we possess, including those for welding, cutting, machining, radiography, pressure testing and heat treating. Painting and packing are sub-contracted to companies that have been approved by Hi-Tech Fabrications for quality and service. The scope of our facilities enables us to manufacture a wide range of components and to fabricate large furnace coils, manifolds and tubes in line with the most acute specifications. Hi-Tech Fabrication has a worldwide reputation for the supply of high quality fabrications in heat resistant alloys such as Inconel 601 and 803, Incoloy 800, 825, and 890, and a variety of stainless steels, including 304, 310, 316, 321, 347 and 410. Other materials with which we work include aluminium bronze, cunifer, titanium, monels, hastelloys, chrome and carbon steel.

Hi-Tech Fabrications Ltd has extensive experience in the supply of high quality, precision-engineered fabrications for the petrochemical industry. Our facilities in Burton on Trent, Staffordshire, include four workshops with large access door(s) and overhead cranes.

• Workshop 3 - 9,000 sq ft / 2 x 20 Ton Overhead Cranes 
• Workshop 4 - 5,000 sq ft / 1 x 10 Ton Overhead Crane & 1 x 5 Ton Overhead Crane 

We also have a 10,000 sq ft secure storage area.
