Individual and Couples Counsellor based in Bromley BR1.  My training is  humanistic/integrative Counsellor and a registered member of BACP.  I have been supporting people for 20 years with Mental Health issues such as depression, anxiety and stress related issues, also alcohol addiction, work related issues, relationship issues, family matters and martial problems and cancer.  To compliment my practice, as not everybody is the same. I have trained in life-coaching, brief solution focused therapy, cbt, motivational interviewing, family therapy and auricular acupuncture to deal with stress management and substance misuse.
