To ensure that all Slew Rings that are refurbished are done so to the highest standards, B & C engineers go through a comprehensive system to give you peace of mind.
First, all units will be completely stripped and inspected for wear or damage, there hardness will be tested and they will be cleaned, and the gear teeth will also go though the testing process. Once this is done, new bearings will be inserted into the unit.
Once the process is done, certification can be provided if requested.
B & C is able to recondition Large Bearings up to 3.1 meters in diameter, and does so using a exhaustive process that results in top quality service. B & C can provide this to many types of bearings, contact the sales team to ensure your bearings are eligible.
First a qualified engineer will inspect your Bearings, without obligation, and will complete a full written report advising you of the condition of your bearings. If you decide to proceed the experienced workers will fully refurbish your bearings, and then subject them to a rigorous testing process, ensuring they are of top quality.
