The Luton Borough Council are seeking a suitable provider for the provision of cashless Parking Payment System .The contract will be for an initial 3 years with option to extend three times for additional 12 months each extension (3+1+1+1). the Luton Borough Council already have the pay & display machine infrastructure in place. What we are seeking is a solution which will compliment that and allow service users to pay for their parking
