This procurement exercise initially will cover four districts in two lots: Thanet & Canterbury, Maidstone & Dartford. Two additional districts Swale and Gravesham will be added, one to each lot, when current arrangements for them expire (Canterbury, Thanet & Swale and Maidstone, Dartford & Gravesham).
