Description

The National Institute for Biological Standards and Control (NIBSC) is part of MHRA and we are looking for a contractor to install a new site wide PA system.

This is a new PA system with the speakers only in corridors and not individual offices and used only in the event of an incident to give instructions to staff members that are on site. The site has been split up into 26 zones. Each zone will have a single circuit. It is understood that speakers should be approx. 9 m apart and will be driven by IP network connected amplifiers situated close to each zone. The amplifiers are to be rack mounted and situated in local equipment cabinets where available. The contractor is to undertake a full survey along with a representative from the MHRA IT department. All amplifiers will be fully electronically protected against overload and short circuit line faults conditions.

To ensure that this is an effective an quick procurement the contractors must register before 17:00 on the 9th of February 2018 and be available for a site survey on the 19th and/or 20th February 2018
