Description

NHS North West London Integrated Care Board (the ICB) requires a comprehensive Human Resources (HR) service following the 2021 restructure of NWL Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) from eight to one and the creation of our ICB (July 2022).

Currently we have an HR service contract in place with Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (ICHT), however this comes to an end in March 2023 and therefore the ICB are looking to engage service providers to provide the above services.

The service required will need to be the provision of a flexible and customer-focussed HR service to support the ICB in delivering its aims and objectives. The provider will work with local managers to help provide a motivated, skilled, and high performing workforce and will act as a designated HR and Organisational Development lead as well as provide access to a centralised recruitment, training and development co-ordination and employee services.

Key services required include:

- Operational HR Management including interface with Occupational Health and other employee assistance and support resources;

- Provide specialist Employment Relations advice with regards to absence and performance management, disciplinary, grievance and harassment issues, TUPE legislation, Working Time Directive and interim staff;

-Workforce Intelligence: Provide regular reports, workforce information and operational system support;

-Recruitment and Selection: Provide an end-to-end recruitment service including advice and guidance;

-Employee Services: Provide a portfolio of employment policies and procedures that reflect best practice and employment legislation;

-Learning and Development (including statutory and mandatory training): Design and deliver a L&D programme; and

-Additional Services, including Organisational Development, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion.

There will be an online engagement event that will be an opportunity to learn more about the requirements in terms of the services, an opportunity for providers to input into the process and to communicate the timelines.

This event is planned to take place on Wednesday, 21st September and the proposed agenda and time slot will be confirmed for those organisations that state an expression of interest.
