Kent County Council (the Council) is the largest local authority in England covering an area of 3,500 square kilometres. This service is being commissioned on behalf of the Growth, Environment and Transport directorate's Waste Management division. The Council is seeking the supply and installation of a highly secure, vandal-resistant welfare cabin at its Sheerness Household Waste Recycling Centre. This procurement supports the provision of improved site welfare in line with new regulations.
