Job Title: Locum Corporate Business Partner and Solicitor

Rate of Pay: Band I (?24.80 to ?26.38 per hour PAYE) Inside IR35

Hours: 37 Hours

Location: Based at Sandwell Council House/ Home Working

Start Date: ASAP

Contract type: Agency request for 12 weeks

Brief description:

o The post hold needs to be a qualified Solicitor/Barrister or equivalent with extensive experience in Information Governance, GDPR, FOI, SAR and data breaches.

o Litigation experience an advantage.

o The individual will be highly motivated and organised and have at least 3 year's experience managing a multi-disciplined team working in information Governance.

o The post holder will also manage the prosecutions and licensing team.

o Working full time (37 hours per week)

o Current working arrangements are some working from home with office attendance in line with business needs

o Would be expected to supervise/Line manage 14 in the team

o Previous LA experience essential
