Basildon Borough Council are looking for a provider to manage and operate the Caf� and associated facilities at the recently restored Wickford Memorial Park Pavilion, including fit out of the Caf�.
We are therefore keen to hear from prospective partners who are interested in delivering this offer by way of the operation of the caf� and also entering a dialogue as to how the wider facility could operate and benefit from the right partners involvement. The prospective provider is required to be enterprising, delivering community benefit where appropriate
