Place Partnership Ltd. on behalf of the Worcestershire County Council invite suitable, qualified and experienced Building / Drainage Contractors to carry out the relining of drains at Westlands First School, Farmers Way, Droitwich Worcestershire WR9 9EQ
The contractor's employees shall carry ID cards at all times.
All employees working on site must hold a Disclosure Barring Service Registration Number which should be provided to the School Office.
Site Visits:
Ascertain the nature of the site, access thereto and all local conditions and restrictions likely to affect the execution of the Works.

It is appreciated that due to the current restrictions of COVID-19 site access will be limited.
Failure to book a site visit appointment will result in access to the site being refused.
The works to be carried out and completed between Friday 23rd October 2020 with completion by Saturday 07th November 2020.
The form of contract will be the JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2016.

It is on this basis that we invite suitable contractors to provide a full turn-key project compliant quotation, to deliver this project within set time scales.
