Description

The resulting contract shall be for delivery, support and maintenance of a Digital Interview Recording (DIR) solution across the Greater Manchester Police estate. This will be a fully managed service by the supplier.

There is a current solution in place and this contract would be to replace this aging system predominately on a like for like basis. The force are willing to consider options around the storage of data as currently this is on-premises so cloud hosted as long as it meets national data standards can be included.

The current system has approx. 20TB of data that would need to be migrated. There is a requirement that the data migrated is able to be shared, transmitted and searched under the new functionality
