Description

The Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames would like to invite interest for the leasehold care home opportunity at 8-10 Browns Rd, Surbiton. We have been instructed to invite informal Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the leasehold tenancy of the subject property.

Rental offers are invited on the basis of an institutional lease. Within your submission, please include the following details:
