Formed in 2005, Stainless Wire Supplies has been built on the 30+ years of industry experience of its founder, the company has been developed with a sharp focus on forging close business partnerships with suppliers that have a wide range of manufacturing facilities. The culmination of our efforts is our ability to offer our customers access to an unbeatable range of stainless steel products. We can supply material directly from each manufacturer, and this enables us to offer competitive 'mill' price levels. Should you require a stock-holding service, we also have our own handling and storage facilities at our warehouse in Redditch. We welcome every enquiry from 50kg to 20 tonnes or more, and afterwards work closely with you in an effort to form a strong link between us and our suppliers. Our stainless steel products are always of the highest quality because we only choose suppliers that are ISO 9001 accredited. They have maximum control over raw materials thanks to fully integrated production facilities, from melting raw materials to final drawing or forging. This means we always deliver consistent and reliable products.

These manufacturers each produce a specific range of standard materials which are produced for industry. However, they are also able to produce materials that are customised according to your specific needs. Some of the stainless steel wire & bar products that we deal in include; fine wire, forming wire, cold heading wire, flux cored wire, MIG & TIG welding wire, wire rod, welding electrodes, bright drawn bar, hexagon bar, square bar, hot rolled bar and reinforcing bar. 

Cold Heading Wire

We supply Cold Heading Wire in diameters from 1.50 mm to 15.0 mm. We also offer surface coating finishes as required. You can purchase Cold Heading Wire in 50 kg - 1000 kg coils on pallets or formers, so whether you need large or small amounts, we can supply it. Wire may be annealed or annealed & drawn (tensile as required).

Bright Drawn Bar

Stainless Wire Supplies offer Bright Drawn Bar in sizes of 2.0 mm - 80.0 mm diameter. Bar may be cold drawn and polished or peeled and polished. We supply Bright Drawn Bar of 1.0 to 12.0 metre lengths in 100 kg - 1000 kg protected bundles. Tolerances: H8, H9, H10, H11.

Reinforcing Bar (Re-Bar)

We supply reinforcing bar (re-bar) in sizes from 4.0 mm to 14.0 mm diameter. Bar may be cold finished and is supplied in 500 kg to 1000 kg coils (suitable for de-coiling). Tolerances are as per BS / EN standards. 

Welding Consumables

We supply a huge range of welding consumables from our first class roster of partners. These may be coated or finished bright and clean. MIG welding wire is precision wound on metal baskets and is supplied in 1 kg - 300 kg bulk drums. TIG welding materials come in 1 meter lengths and in 5 kg cartons. Sub Arc welding materials are also precision wound on metal baskets and are supplied in 25 kg batches. Core wire is available in 300 mm to 350 mm lengths or 500kg boxes. Welding electrodes are 150 mm - 600 mm lengths and are supplied in 1 kg - 25 kg sealed cartons.
