Rawley can offer a fantastic choice of mobile and static anti-vandal welfare cabins to meet all your site welfare needs. Whether you require an office, canteen, drying room or combination of all three, we can provide you with a practical, cost-effective solution that meets all CDM requirements. 

Our combination welfare units contain on-board, weekly serviced toilets, heating, lighting, power points, fresh water supplies, canteen facilities and space for changing and drying clothes. Some models are also fitted with a built-in generator, meaning no mains supply is required. Each welfare unit is suitable for the use of up to 8 people.

Toilets & Showers

Rawley offers a great choice of portable chemical and mains toilets as well as single and multiple shower blocks, ensuring you have all your vital washroom facilities on site. As a founding member of Portable Sanitation Europe (PSE), our customers can be sure that all of the equipment we supply will be consistently clean and hygienic. We have an experienced service team fully trained to the PSE’s own high standards of cleanliness, health and safety. Mobile Site Office Hire

Another area in which we specialise is the supply of mobile site offices. We have a range of wheeled cabins which can easily be towed from site to site or delivered to sites with difficult access or height restrictions. Ideal for highways maintenance, road construction and small city construction sites, Rawley’s mobile site offices provide a warm, clean and safe area where you can coordinate operations. All models come with lighting, heating and power points as well as coat hooks and notice boards. An anti-vandal steel exterior ensures a good level of security for office contents. 

Our standard mobile site offices can be towed using a 4x4 or any 3.5t vehicle; they do not require an HGV or HIAB style crane. This gives you much greater flexibility when moving from site to site.

Rawley Plant Ltd offers a convenient, cost-effective solution. Our anti-vandal site storage cabins are perfect for keeping your equipment secure on site. They feature double width access doors, a double locking mechanism and door stays to make access by authorised personnel easy. They are available in a range of sizes to suit your requirements, and can be supplied as office/store combination units (with 12ft for each) if needed. Waste Disposal Services

Rawley Plant Ltd is a licensed waste carrier and is authorised to dispose of waste at a local sewage treatment works and at our site. This means we can offer a comprehensive liquid waste removal service carried out either on a one-off basis or as part of a scheduled service visit. Event Support Services

When hosting an event, it’s essential that you provide your guests with clean, hygienic and fresh-smelling toilet facilities. To ensure they remain that way, Rawley Plant offers several event support services, including:

• Service Visits – Our experienced site personnel will come to your site with service tankers, empty your toilet tanks, take away any rubbish and restock any consumables you require. We recommend this service for events lasting more than a day. 
• On Site Attendants – To give you complete peace of mind, Rawley will provide a member of staff who will look after the toilets for the duration of your event. They will be responsible for cleaning the toilets, taking away rubbish, replenishing consumables and fixing any problems that may arise.

Security Gatehouse Hire

Maintaining a good level of security on site is an essential requirement for most contractors. To help you do this, Rawley Plant can provide you with security gatehouses that offer a 360° view over your site and a warm, dry place for your security guard to observe the area. These gatehouses can also be used as toll booths, access control points, kiosks and driver check-in points. All models are supplied with heating, lighting and power points as standard. They can be hooked up to a 240v mains supply or a separate generator.

50/50 Split Site Office and Storage Container

Need an office, canteen or drying room as well as a secure store for your plant, equipment and materials? Rawley Plant Ltd has a solution. Our 24ft 50/50 site containers offer 12ft of one and 12ft of the other – i.e., you can choose to have half as a storage area and the other half as a site office, canteen or drying room. Accommodation areas can include lighting, power points and heating, while storage areas may be fitted with racking. 50/50 split containers are perfect for situations where site space is limited. Rawley Plant specialises in the supply of mobile wheeled cabins. These can be kitted out as site offices, canteens or drying rooms, with all fixtures and fittings included.
