Osmor Cable Covers has a long history in producing Cable Covers and Electrical Switchboard Matting to help you make your work and home premises safe, tidy and efficient. Our facilities carry ISO 9000 accreditation and we are proud to consistently produce our range of covers and matting to top levels of quality and accuracy.  We offer a comprehensive and useful consultation service to our customers, so that you only order exactly the products that you need.

We ensure that you purchase the appropriate Cable Cover for your needs by recommending that you measure the cables that need covering. We then match the dimensions against the bore sizes of our products. We can produce different colours and lengths according to your needs.

Installing our Cable Covers is simple: unroll the cover, cut to the right length, insert the cables that need covering, and then place the cover on the floor in the necessary position. Double-sided adhesive tape keeps the covering fixed to the ground.

Osmor takes safety and quality seriously. The low-profile and sloped fit of our Cable Covers allow for feet and wheels to pass over the cover without resistance or danger of tripping. And our safety features comply with Health and Safety work regulations. Our covers are manufactured with flexible vinyl, self-extinguishing in fires, and with smooth and clean finishes.

The 'Original' Range

We offer a range of cover sizes and configurations. Our covers come with hole sizes of 7.5mm in the Micro product and up to 30mm in the Multi product. We also offer covers with two holes: the Double has two 11mm holes, and the Combi two rectangular holes at 16x10mm. Our Comnet cable, meanwhile, offers two holes of different sizes (useful for networking, where data cables and power leads are different sizes) with hole apertures of 32-12mm and 16-12mm. Most of our covers are available in black or grey.

The 'Rigid' Range

Our hard plastic covers are the right choice for mounting your covers on floors or walls. – often used to cover cables leading between wall-mounted equipment so that the covers can be painted the same colour as your walls. Our range comes in four sizes. Our Single Channel covers come with hole sizes from 15-7mm to 28x9mm; and our Double Channel covers come with holes from 18-12mm to 21x15mm. All of the rigid covers come with a self-adhesive base and a clip-on lid.

The 'Hazard' Range

You may not want your cable covers to blend into the background – you may need to alert people to dangerous or sensitive cables for their protection and your peace of mind. And so we offer these 'Hazard' cable covers. Four high-visibility covers designed to be useful and eye-catching. Three of these products have holes sizes of 30-10mm and come with yellow 'hazard', red 'warning', or blue 'mandatory' high-visibility strips. We also offer a yellow-striped 'danger' cover with a 16-8mm hole.

Electrical Switchboard Matting

Our switchboard matting is an electricity-resistant material, made from a high quality rubber compound, and is appropriate for situations where individuals need protection in the generation, transformation, distribution or use of electricity. Our matting is cut to length, with a minimum length of a metre and a maximum of 10 metres, comes in black, with thin flutes along the length, and a non-slip undersurface.
