Cut and prepared leads

Whatever your requirements or volumes, Matrix Wiring utilises a range of equipment from semi-automatic cutting and crimping machines to fully programmable leadmakers.  We supply many electric and electronic OEMs with simple cut and prepared leads, these types can include part-stripped, dip-tinned, window-stripped through to terminated. We can also produce these in a range of materials from PVC, silicone rubber, PTFE and glass braid. Matrix wiring can provide a high-quality, cost-effective service with a fast turnaround. Mains cable assemblies

Whether you need a few hundred or several thousand mains cables in PVC or silicone rubber, Matrix Wiring can take care of it with the latest cut and strip machines. We can process cable up to 25mm O.D. in straight lengths or coils. It’s up to you if you’d like us to leave leads bare ended or terminated, including rings, receptacles and tabs.
