Installation Tools

The RNHT07 hand tool is a unique and robust design for installing rivet nuts and rivet studs in steel, stainless steel, aluminium and brass. Versatile and compact, the RNHT07 installs rivet nuts in thread sizes from M3 to M10 and rivet studs from M4 to M8.

Its convenient, compact packaging in a sturdy plastic case measuring 140mm x 50mm x 50mm makes it easily transportable and simple assembly enables a speedy set-up. Manufactured in the UK, it performs smoothly and reliably. Moreover, it is easily used in applications with limited access, and is perfect for use in small sheet metal workshops, assembling kit cars and building boats. Ideal for materials of inconsistent thicknesses, no stroke setting or adjustment is needed as the RNHT07 has infinite adjustment.

Bulk packages are available which cater from 1 rivet nut installation kit to 6 rivet nut installation kits.

Rubber Nuts

Available in two ranges in short grip and long grip variants, from M3 to M8 thread size.

Screw Anchors

Screw Anchors are available in short grip and long grip variants in thread sizes M4, M5 and M6.

Threaded Inserts

Manufactured from mild steel 230M07-PB, MEMFASTs Threaded Inserts are single piece, precision turned parts with internal and external metric course threads. Permanent threads can be produced in a broad range of components.

Plastic Rivets

MEMFASTs plastic rivets are manufactured from POM (polyoxymethalene) which is astoundingly rigid material, remains robust on hard impact, is resistant to solvents, abrasion, creep, and remains stable at high temperatures.

Swaging Inserts

Provides load bearing threads in blind holes and in thick materials. It possesses a mechanical locking system for applications which require high push through and pull out resistance. Easily installed in pre-coated or post painted panels without damage to the surface material, the MEMFAST Swaging Insert only needs access from one side of the workpiece. An inconspicuous head allows a smooth fit to the panel. The Swaging Insert is perfect in light duty sheet metal applications into thicker materials where other inserts may be unsuitable.
