Concertina Covers

Flexible Connections

Our flexible connections are an adaptation of the concertina cover and are typically used on machines such as conveyors, feeders, hoppers, or as exhaust and intake connections. After years of experience working with clients in the materials handling industry, we have been able to develop perfected flexible connections that can be applied for purposes such as absorbing vibrations, muffling loud noises, and atoning for misaligned pipes. Spring Roller Blinds

Spring roller blinds offer a practical solution for protecting slideways against swarf and chippings when space restrictions prevent the use of full concertina covers. Our spring roller blinds are designed with a robust roller unit made from steel or high impact polypropylene, and include a heavy-duty return spring and nylon bushes for a prolonged, maintenance-free life. To maximize protection, we also offer the choice to install a wiper or brush across the top of the blind, helping to remove any swarf or chippings before the blind rolls up. Depending on our customer's requirements, we supply our spring roller blinds either with two fixing brackets, or enclosed within a steel box. Heavy-duty protection against the extreme build-up of chippings or hot chippings can also be maintained by using armoured blinds or aprons, both of which we have available.

Flat Folded Covers

Our unique, lightweight, and cost efficient flat folded covers are designed to protect sensitive machinery from contaminate ingression, and have fast become the market leader within the field. Primarily developed for protecting machinery used for testing and measuring, our folded covers apply practically no resistance to your machines movement, ensuring optimum accuracy and an increased service life. We offer the possibility to manufacture tailor-made covers for vertical or horizontal mounting, and all of our products can be attached to the machine without the requirement for drilling or tapping.

Steel Telescopic Guards

Our telescopic guards are available to our clients in an assortment of the finest quality steels. Used predominantly in the aerospace and automotive industries, our guards are fabricated to the highest precision and can be mounted cross-rail, vertically or horizontally. For the purpose of maintaining cleanliness, we fit all of our telescopic guards with front edge wiper strips. These strips wipe clean the preceding section of the guard and are also easily replaceable. Even the most sophisticated requirements can be fulfilled, and we can even manufacture walk-on covers. The finished weight of the guard determines how each section is supported, and for heavier guards we will fit rollers to increase maneuverability.
