Our depth of experience enables us to produce forgings in an extensive range of materials including carbon, alloy, stainless and heat resisting
steels, as well as in non-ferrous materials which are copper, brass and bronze.
All these materials are used to produce a comprehensive range of small forgings from 2 grams up to 2 kilos in batch quantities from 10 to 10,000.
From forged connectors for Rolls Royce to bronze forgings and copper forgings for smaller projects. The two main categories are - AEROSPACE and GENERAL ENGINEERING.
Facilities and Equipment
Although the forging process has remained constant for many years, advances in technology have revolutionised the design and production of the dies and tools we use for forgings.
Equipment

CAD/CAM technology which gives many advantages over conventional die milling and EDM with greatly enhanced accuracy, repeatability of product and speed of manufacture.
This gives us increased flexibility and reduces the cost and lead time from enquiry to delivery of the finished product.
