Our Lohmann DuploCOLL® Thermal Conductive Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive Tape has been specially formulated to provide a flexible bond with excellent gap filling and vibration dampening properties. It has been specifically designed to replace other fixing methods such as mechanical fasteners, thermal pastes, compressible pads and liquid adhesives.

Lohmann DuploCOLL® is beneficial over other methods in many ways. Not only is it easy to use but it also aids in ensuring clean assembly, thus eliminating unwanted surface contamination. Our DuploCOLL® tapes also accommodate materials of different coefficients of thermal expansion leading them to be suitable for use in a variety of applications. Ultimately, DuploCOLL® adhesive tapes are strong and durable.

Spacer Films

Our DuploCOLL® spacer films are designed for use within the membrane switch industry. Our range of high quality DuploCOLL® spacer films are made from specially treated polyester films that guarantee constant thickness, have high adhesive performance, high dimensional stability due to our moisture resistant PE-paper liner, easy identification through printed product features such as product name, total thickness, article and batch number, a constant high quality due to in-process-control-systems and a quality control system secured by DIN EN 9001.

White Goods

We supply high quality, pressure-sensitive tapes that are widely sought after for use in applications for large domestic appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines and dishwashers. Examples of uses include for the bonding of refrigerator evaporators, bonding of front panels and for the bonding of letterings and emblems. Our high quality, pressure-sensitive tapes are increasingly being used for such applications where they are easy to use and offer great production benefits.

Transportation

Our self-adhesive tapes are widely used within the automobile and commercial vehicle industry for various different purposes such as wing mirror bonding, side protective mouldings, balancing weights, bonding of tarp hoops, insulating and anti-drone material, seat heating and seat recognition and more. Window and Door Construction

We also supply pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes. Tapes within the DuploCOLL 918 range are designed for use in window and door construction. Their strong bonding qualities enable them to be perfectly suited for bonding muntin bars and various door leaf trims. Our adhesive tapes have been specifically designed and manufactured to withstand all types of weathering such as cold, heat, wind, rain and UV-radiation. They are durable adhesives that are easy to apply. OurDuplomont adhesive tapes have been extensively tested by The Independent Institute for Window Technology of Rosenhein/Germany (ift) where they are confirmed as suitable for the application of bonding muntin bars in windows.
