Radiator Guards

Our new LST Radiator Guard has been designed with a removable front panel for trouble free access, allowing for essential cleaning and maintenance. Just like our standard radiator guards, these are manufactured to the very highest quality, and the structural integrity does not suffer because of the design. Low surface temperature radiator guards are ideal for special care environments such as schools, hospitals and nursing homes, where maximum heat output is needed without the danger of burning the skin when touched. Anti-ligature vents, secret fixings and lockable access panels can also be added for enhanced safety and security. All of our radiator guards are measured to fit and are independently tested.

Hygienic Areas

Jtech Services supplies and installs made-to-measure thermoplastic fittings that enclose and seal off areas that can become wet and unhygienic – behind washing mashing, sinks, dishwashers, toilets, for example. Thermoplastic panels also offer protection for pipework and electrical fixtures, and a removable access panel can be incorporated for cleaning and maintenance purposes. Internal Column Casings

We also manufacture internal column casings using various materials such as preformed ply, mild steel, stainless steel and GRG. Our highly skilled team works closely with clients to gain a firm understanding of the requirements and specifications before undertaking the manufacturing process. We offer a range of finishes from paint grade ply and high pressure laminates through to high quality wood veneers. Pipe Boxing

Pipe boxing offers an economical way of protecting pipework and hiding it from view. It’s easy to install and can be adapted according to your requirements. We supply pipe boxing in a choice of materials: melamine finished ply, thermoplastic or powder coated metal.  The standard finish is clean white (both internally and externally), though other colours are available. We can also supply stop ends, corner joints, screw caps and butt joint covers as accessories.
