Advanced Welding Control Systems
Our expertise lies in the development of flexible software and hardware solutions - tailoring the control system to meet exact customer requirements. Control and drive system architecture is designed to be flexible - servo, stepper or drive combinations can be accomodated. The welding control systems are industrially built for the shop-floor and incorporate a host of features:
MULTI-AXIS - x, y, z or rotary or orbital welding.
MULTI-PASS - weld procedures defined by combinations of motion and welding events ['job' control]
WAY-POINTS - each motion or weld event is defined by way-points based on either time or position.
TEACH & LEARN - axes can be driven to the desired location and the procedures then updated automatically from the encoded feedback position.
Co-ordinates can be defined by relative or absolute positions [absolute for known and fixed jigging and work-piece positions, relative for an operator set start position].
Weave patterns are defined completely with position, speed and delays - a synchronised weave with current pulsing is also available.
PENDANT - including keys for custom definition.
High or low pulse AVC.
'Hot-key' adjustments for pre-defined offset steps and limits for trimming during welding if desired.
