• ACCURA Edgebanders 100% repetition accuracy and multi-functional. The new ACCURA series was developed by HOLZ-HER for high quality artisans and industrial parts producers. This modular system provides flexible adaptation to customer requirements and future furniture trends. In developing the ACCURA machining units, the focal point was 100% repetition accuracy, fully automatic and flexible conversion and perfect appearance of the parts produced. In addition to the new servo-axes, this is achieved by use of state-of-the-art, play-free mechanical components.
• AURIGA Edgebanders By concentrating on the essential features, the HOLZ-HER AURIGA series unifies compact design with a high degree of automation. The optimized "Glu jet" application system on the HOLZ-HER machines ensures perfect edge appearance. With its unique hybrid technology, this unit ensures perfect interaction between glue, edging and panel material. The GluJet system ensures easy use of EVA or PUR glues in cartridge or granulate form and with its short heat-up time of only 3 minutes and low energy consumption when remelting the glue, it also helps preserve your resources. High performance jointing and copy cutter units augment the processing range for the AURIGA series. The above-average productivity and top features make this series the best in its class. • DYNESTIC nesting CNC machining centers HOLZ-HER's nesting technology ensures efficient formatting and drilling on one machine. Here the panel is held by large-surface vacuum on a wear plate. The great advantage of this production method is production of exactly formatted workpieces, already provided with groove or rebate in the rear wall and all required vertical holes for shelves, connectors, etc. Above all the entire process is accomplished without additional handling work and is therefore extremely efficient in terms of time and resources.
• EVOLUTION Series CNC Machining Centers Vertical and complete CNC machining in compact format Unique features with the vertical CNC machines for wood processing - Your choice – perfectly matched to your requirements as EVOLUTION 7401, EVOLUTION 7402 or the more powerful version, the EVOLUTION 7405 4mat. The machining capabilities of the EVOLUTION Series vertical CNC machining centers are virtually unlimited. A selection of solid wood suction cups are available for machining solid wood frames and panels. Even curved solid wood parts, furniture fronts of MDF for painting, cutting and drilling of furniture fronts, engraving or complete processing of counter tops are further application possibilities for which the EVOLUTION series perfectly suits. The vacuum-based clamping system (patent pending) is material-friendly and equipped with software-controlled, fully automatic suction cup positioning with hole recognition, allowing workpieces with lengths up to 1,600 mm to be machined on all sides without reclamping. This also guarantees extremely short cycle times and maximum precision even on long parts.
• Glu Jet glue system Invisible joints with thin film technology. Ultra-thin glue joints, easily equivalent to industrial laser edges, are easy to achieve with the HOLZ-HER Glu Jet System, which also offers unrivaled flexibility. The clear advantages of the hybrid technology in combination with the new HOLZ-HER thin film technology, make this gluing system the all rounder for craftsmen and industrial users. Visual zero joints with PUR glue – allowing use in wet areas – are only natural for HOLZ-HER customers.
• LUMINA Edgebanders Perfect invisible joints with laser edging. Designed to meet the most stringent requirements in terms of quality and flexibility. The edgebanders in the LUMINA series stand for complete processing of modern edging and panel materials with invisible joints. • PRO-MASTER 70 CNC machines The PRO-MASTER 70 series from HOLZ-HER makes it easier than ever to decide in favor of efficient CNC technology. The 70 series offers rational machining and a high level of flexibility especially for production of case parts. With 180 mm from the top of the suction cups, the 70 series from HOLZ-HER offers the maximum working height in its class. This well-thought-through concept offers solutions for all applications – choose the right model for your application. State-of-the-art safety concepts give you the choice between patented 3-field foot mats, safety bumpers or light grids. This allows you to match the HOLZ-HER machining centers individually and reliably to your operating situation.
• PRO-MASTER 71 CNC Machines Just like deciding which model to choose when buying a new car - when purchasing a CNC machining center, users also have to decide which type of drive to select - 4-axis or 5-axis technology. With its PRO-MASTER 71 series, HOLZ-HER offers all possible drive combinations. The two "sisters", the PRO-MASTER 7122 and the PRO-MASTER 7125, are distinguished by their extremely stable construction and state-of-the art design for control and drive technology. The basic version of the 71 series is already top quality with extensive equipment so that at the bottom line, it is only necessary to select the right number of controlled axes. The 4-axis PRO-MASTER 7122 and the 5-axis PRO-MASTER 7125 have an enormous machining capacity with effective machining height of 210 mm - from the top of the suction cups.
• PRO-MASTER 72 series CNC Machines Step up to the next generation of CNC machining with the 72 PRO-MASTER series from HOLZ-HER. The 72 series CNC machining centers are distinguished particularly by their extreme machining dimensions and perfect cutting results as well as high material removal rates. Generous machining dimensions for the console table with up to 7,200 mm in the X direction and 1,600 mm in the Y direction as well as a Z stroke of 565 mm provide for highly variable, custom machining on the 72 series CNC machines. The 72 series is completed by a versatile and comprehensive range of optional equipment to satisfy all desires, allowing each CNC machining center to be configured optimally for applications in the fields of furniture production, staircase construction and model making as well as machining solid wood. • STREAMER Edgebanders The STREAMER series provides for compact entry into professional HOLZ-HER edgebanding. The highly flexible glue application using HOLZ-HER nozzle technology sets new standards for state-of-the-art cabinet making in terms of processing PUR glues, changing colors and unequaled heat-up time of only 3 minutes . High quality diamond tipped cutting tools with extremely long service life and chip-optimized evacuation technology are standard features in all HOLZ-HER machines. High performance post-processing units complete the STREAMER edgebanders in the finishing area. A particular highlight on the STREAMER series starting with the STREAMER 1053 is a compact upgrade package for processing edge thicknesses up to 6 mm and workpieces with thickness up to 60 mm.
