Field No.8 Contract Ornamental is widely used by landscape architects for a range of quality commercial planting contracts. It features a mixed conifer bark mulch which is screened to a 10-40mm particle size and is FSC certified. Field No.8 Contract Ornamental conforms to BS EN 4790:1997 for fire resistance and contains less than 20% white wood, dust and fines. Once Field No.8 is spread it helps suppress weed growth and helps retain moisture, thus reducing the need for irrigation. It looks particularly pleasant to the eye and can last for up to two years. Field Number 9 Pine Play is our soft bark mulch that is designed for use on children’s play areas, and is BSEN1177 certified for this purpose. Field Number 10 is an excellent, all-round mulch produced from woodchips. It is an effective weed suppressant and helps to stop soil drying out, so you are able to water less during dry spells. Field Number 14 Mulch Conditioner combines a composted soil conditioner with mulch, resulting in a mix ideal particularly to condition heavy clay soils. Weeds are suppressed, worm activity is encouraged and soil erosion prevented. The mulch conditioner works to prevent drying out of the soil, which means you have to do less watering in dry times. All this, plus providing the soil with essential nutrients, makes Field Number 14 an ideal mix for all your landscaping needs.
Field No.15 is a vegetable planting compost featuring a nutrient rich mixture of sandy loam, multipurpose compost and soil conditioner. This mixture has been carefully formulated to provide gardeners with a compost ideal for the potting and growing of vegetable plants. It features a low bulk density which helps to encourage root growth and it also contains a high level of organic matter which helps to retain nutrients in the root zone. Field No. 16 is a tree and shrub planting compost which has been expertly created to provide trees, shrubs and perennials with the perfect start when planting out. Our contract bagging services are a terrific way to increase revenues from output sales. Returns are typically twenty times higher than on loose materials.
