Here at Cranden Diamond Products Ltd we are pleased to present our new generation of polyimide bonded grinding wheels. These grinding wheels have been expertly designed and created to maximise the performance of state-of-the-art CNC tool and cutter grinding machines. They feature good corner holding, long wheel life with an outstanding rate of cut, reduced cycle times, improved surface finish and tool life.

Our top quality grinding wheels are used for a range of applications including Fluting/ Gashing/ Relieving and OD Grinding, Milling Cutters, Taps, Drills, Step Drills, Reamers, Routers, Burrs, Countersinks, Form Mills and Gun Drills.

Diamond and CBN Profile Wheels

Our polyimide bonded grinding wheels are available in diamond for tungsten carbide and CBN for high speed steel. They have been tested on ANCA, Walter Helitronic, Strausak, Hoffman, Schutte, Deckel and Schneeburger machines.

We pride ourselves in providing products within fast turn-around times whilst maintaining extremely high standards of production and care at all times. All services, from design through to sample and production, are carried out in-house.
