CANAL often use glass, mesh panels, tension cables or laser cut sheet panels to create a particular design and these can be complemented by bespoke handrails, fabricated in metal or timber. The primary function of an AJAX safety barrier is to provide all-round edge protection to prevent injury to pallet truck operatives and other personnel when loading and unloading pallets onto high level floor openings, including mezzanine floors. Available in two styles.
The Righthite tanker access step units provide safe working environment to workers who need to gain access to tankers or platforms at different heights. Units are supplied with handrails that run from the top fixed step to the last moving step and can also be supplied with a full cage to enclose the worker in a safe area.
The Righthite mobile step unit is a lightweight system designed for top loading tanker access or to access various heights for maintenance where floor space is at a premium. The Righthite platform can be easily transported and heights can be adjusted to enable the required access.
The Droprite Bridging Platform is a system for loading and unloading vehicles with load beds of varying height. This system is widely used in warehouse loading docks and distribution centres to ensure safe and efficient loading.
The Academy provides funding for the training of your current engineering apprentices. Your engineering apprentice will be expected to attend our Training Academy on a day release basis over a period of 60 weeks ± 3 weeks. During their attendance we will deliver the training, assessment and examination of the Level 2 Diploma in Engineering, Functional Skills and Employment Rights & Responsibilities (ERR).
