Electric Grease Gun

Alemite’s new 14.4 volt grease gun features a high-torque motor which enables it to achieve 10,000 psi and the lubrication of badly clogged fittings. Other features include: a heavy duty case with one-hour fast charger, high capacity 14.4volt NiCd battery and grease cartridge holders, chrome-plated barrel, convenient three-way loading, patented automatic universal follower to change loading method easily, air bleeder valve to simplify air removal during primal, high-flow check valve optimises flow characteristics and a flow rate of five ounces per minute at 1,000 psi. The 14.4 volt grease gun is supplied with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Grease Nipples and Fixings

We also offer Alemite’s fantastic range of fittings designed to meet all lubrication requirements. Standard and metric fittings are manufactured from high-grade materials in order to be robust and long-lasting. Alemite’s patented CHAPS® system ensures fittings are stronger and easier to use. Fittings conform to SAE J534 and TSI6949 standards and are available in blister packs or in bulk quantities. B1741-A Visi-lube Automatic Lubricator: has a capacity of 1.22 oz, operating temperature range of -40 degrees C to 66 degrees C, automatically controls grease flow via spring pressure rating, refillable through standard hydraulic grease fitting, doesn’t contain chemicals or gases, features clear plastic to enable users to check grease levels easily.

At Allube Ltd we provide lubrication installations to customers in a range of industries including food, glass, precision engineering, steel forging, heavy engineering, commercial vehicle workshops, MOD, aerospace and many more. Design

Our highly skilled and experienced lubrication engineers work closely with customers to gain a firm understanding of needs and requirements for each project. Examples of previous design solutions include: Airbus UK (to design a system for providing through-tool coolant and air line lubricant to a Quackenbush pneumatic drilling machine from a single portable unit), Vaillant UK (to design a self-contained system to apply lubricant to the ends of different pieces of pipe and fittings during component assembly of boilers at different sections of the production lines), and Airbus UK, A 380 (to design a compact, mobile system with four, combined fluid dispensers to be used to run four Quackenbush pneumatic drilling machines at the same time).
