The goals of this programme are to deliver a Development Centre that uses STFC's strategy as a context for 16 to 20 high potential candidates on the Accelerated Development Programme. In particular to:

• To support the execution of STFC's 2020 strategy

• To develop leadership skills required for the future sustainability of STFC

• To strengthen collaboration, performance and resilience for change

• To build the self-awareness necessary to engage and lead others

• To apply new skills to solve real work problems

Detailed Requirements:

To design, develop and deliver a five day leadership programme with an organisational development bias that uses a whole system perspective and builds mind-set and skills in four key areas:

• Strategic leadership

• Team effectiveness and performance

• Personal awareness and impact

The focus of the programme is to develop the necessary skills and knowledge required to be a strategic leader within the realm of science, engineering and research.

Key information
