Provision of Liverpool Adult Learning Service for Disadvantaged Wards across the Liverpool Region. This will be for Non-accredited or non-formal learning (adult learning) refering to structured, taught learning but differs from formal learning in that it does not lead to a qualification within the aims and objectives of the course.
