Description

Tenders are being sought for the heritage refurbishment of existing National Trust farm buildings and conversion into high-end, holiday let accommodation. The refurbishment includes all associated services, external works, drainage and site works.

Tenderers are required to provide a fixed price tender for the works detailed in the tender. The submission is to consist of responses to the Contractor Selection Criteria (Section 2) the Quality Tender Award Criteria (Section 3) and the Commercial Tender Award Criteria (Section 4).
