Description

Rother District Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified company to provide an off-site processing resource for the Revenues and Benefits Service (Housing Benefit, Council Tax Reduction, Council Tax and Business Rates).

The Revenues and Benefits department currently has responsibility for the administration and calculation of over 7000 Housing and Council Tax Reduction claims and the administration of over 44,000 Council Tax Accounts and over 6000 Business Rate Accounts.

The successful contractor will be appointed on a call off contract for a period of two years with an option for two twelve month extensions.
