Tenders are to be invited to provide an emergency call handling service to the council outside office hours, and to provide a point of contact for a business continuity incident when the council's contact centre telephony cannot operate for whatever reason. The requirement is to also provide a lone worker monitoring service for Council staff if required. This is an open tender with all documents linked to the advertisement.
