Description

This scheme is to provide environmental accessibility improvement works to 112 residential properties including but not limited to: the provision of new parking spaces, pedestrian pathways, dropped kerbs, and boundary walls, railings, fences, and gates, and associated works as specified in appendix 3. The contract is due to start 25th April 2022 and will complete no later than 6th October 2023.

Tender Bids are to include the supply of all materials, tools, equipment, labour, plant and machinery, preliminaries, overhead and making good to all areas required, and all costs associated to carry out these works as per the schedule, drawings and documents available on the portal.
