Wyre Forest District Council wishes to appoint a Service Provider to provide and manage the setting up, implementation and operation of a web based, Payment by Telephone cashless parking service.
The Service Provider will deliver a cashless payment service that will enable customers to pay for parking and exemptions to parking across the whole of the District using a mobile telephone, web based service with a debit/credit card.
