Description

Mace Dragados are seeking expressions of interest from Subcontractors to undertake the Site Wide Temporary Utilities and MEP Package.

The scope of the package consists of but is not limited to the following services/works:

- Provide utility tie-ins to existing services

- Installation and Maintenance of site and hoarding lighting

- Installation, maintenance and subsequent removal of all temporary utilities including plumbing, electrical services etc

- Undertake relocation of electrical services on an adhoc basis

- Installation, maintenance and relocation of small power and accessories as required

- Connections of electrical services up to all site accommodation

- Ensuring safe systems of work are adhered to in all instances

- Management of Electrical assets such as distribution boards, site transformers, lighting, heating and fire alarms etc

- All aspects of generator connections and earthing for provision of temporary power

- Undertake PAT Testing as required

Works shall be contracted under NEC3 Engineering Construction Subcontract terms and conditions (with project specific amendments)

Suppliers must have extensive demonstrable experience of delivering similar complex packages on previous projects of a similar scale on large major infrastructure projects. This experience must be applicable and relevant to the respective lots listed.

If successful selected suppliers will be required to go through Mace Dragados pre-qualification process to be included on the final tender list.

Mace Dragados have been appointed as the Construction Partner to build a fully-integrated HS2 station at London Euston, together with links to the existing London Underground station.

HS2 Phase One includes construction of a new railway line run from London Euston to new stations at Old Oak Common in West London, an Interchange Station near Birmingham Airport and the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) and a terminus station in Birmingham City Centre (Curzon Street).
