Award of a specialist, independent research centre providing high quality evidence and science to influence social care policy and practice. The measurement of child wellbeing and in evaluating the impact of services. Combine knowledge of the looked after system with the capability to measure system dynamics and child wellbeing to determine whether it is possible to safely reduce the number of children in care without doing harm.
