Description

Newcastle University are seeking a commercially developed system to enable the University to provide secure and verified student documents electronically. The documents will include the degree parchment, academic transcript and the Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR) in the first instance, but it is anticipated that this could grow to include further documents in the future.
