Over the last two decades, Xfurth has built up a portfolio of high-performance ultrasonic welding machines that can be used for a variety of functions, including component welding, spot welding, swaging, riveting, inserting and de-gating mouldings. With an ‘H’ frame aluminum design and a rigid dovetail head assembly, our machines are reliable and stable in use. They come complete with Polyurethane moulded front and rear hood with rear access doors. A touch screen control interface makes them extremely easy to use, and a 99 program memory saves time for repeat processes.
It is often the case that automated welding processes are just not viable for large parts. In these situations, a low-cost alternative is needed. Light, compact and robust, our hand held pistol welding systems can be used in a multitude of applications. Tooling is available for machines of every frequency, make and model. To ensure optimum efficiency, every sonotrode is systematically tested and inspected using the latest frequency analyzer before leaving our factory.
